I had a very late check-in, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were friendly and provided useful information about skiing and local attractions. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were great.
Nothing bad to say.

Best winter vacation ever! After spending one week in this wonderful hotel, we are planning to come back again next year. the hotel is very close to many nice places where you can ski and go tracking in winter. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel personnel is very nice and helpful. the best part of staying in this hotel is the dinner with typical Italian cuisine , you won't feel hungry all week long!
The rooms were a bit small for three adults, and the third bed was not very comfortable. the public areas of the hotel and the spa were also quite small.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of selections to choose from. the hotel also offers a spa to unwind and relax after a day of exploring.
The spa facilities could be improved, as the ambience was mediocre compared to other aspects of the hotel.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to ski slopes and hiking trails. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with lovely views from the balcony. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing shuttle services, arranging equipment rentals, and even driving us to the slopes on some days. The food at the hotel was plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner.
The triple room we booked was a bit small for three adults, and the third bed was not very comfortable. The hotel's public areas, including the spa, were also on the smaller side, which made it feel a bit crowded at times.
